- Support site leader in creating contents, presentations & readout for various events and leadership briefings.
- Work with all corporate communication stakeholders to manage all internal/external communications.
- Partner with GCC transformation Office to drive transformation office agenda.
- Work with all key GCC stakeholders to articulate GCC value story for global organization.
- Work with various strategic partners to gather market intelligence about India as a value destination for all tech and business functions.
- Leverage GCC value story and market intelligence information to create compelling use case for capabilities to setup their presence in Kenvue GCC.
- Strategic - Translate Global and regional business agenda for the Capability Center into Goals and measurable dashboards.
- Partners with HR on people initiatives, CSR and D&I programs in alignment with global charter.
