Success as the IT Coordinator will create the opportunity for you to develop your own path and move into higher-level roles within either the Customer Success or Operations teams of the company. You will be responsible for maintaining computer systems and other technologies in a business setting. In this role, you will discover and master all our enterprise software applications. You along with other IT Technicians will support our employees in day-to-day functions.

    What you will do:

  • Configure, install, and set up Apple/Microsoft Laptops
  • Employee Lifecycle Management including IT Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Manage access and license provisioning across a variety of software tools
  • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
  • Ensure timely fulfillment and shipping for users
  • Troubleshoot technical problems via remote access system
  • Help facilitate deployment of new software controls
  • Verify user system compliance and identify outliers
  • Inventory and asset tag devices
  • Order peripherals/accessories for users based on ticket requests
  • Assist in testing for automated workflows and integrations with other systems
  • Identify gaps and process improvement
  • Request restock, reorder, and record inventory
  • Work on special projects and other Technical Support duties as time permits
  • Perform miscellaneous related duties and other duties as assigned
  • Communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Serves as primary IT Desktop Support and Coordinator for India and APAC staff
  • Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades
  • May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects
  • May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications
  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to follow technical and procedural documentation
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions with accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments. Extremely high level of customer service acumenFamiliarity with Windows, Apple, Microsoft Office, and Google G-Suite tools
  • Enjoy repeated, methodical work
  • Perform duties efficiently, thoroughly, and responsibly, completing tasks on a timely basis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to effectively prioritize responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or has 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to interface with end-users of all levels, junior level to the C Suite Executives.
  • Demonstrated success in customer experience, satisfaction, and data-driven measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues.
  • Has led smaller projects, has proven project management skills and can take delegations from management to help drive daily activities on assigned project(s).
  • Technologies: Google Workspace, Microsoft, Apple, Windows, Slack, Zoom, WebEx, Jira, Confluence and more
  • Work Hours – 4 am IST to 1 pm IST (1 Hour break).
