    Job Title: Site Engineer

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage day-to-day operations on construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will oversee engineering and technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project plans.
    • Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
    • Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to inform construction decisions and ensure quality outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate records of site progress, including daily reports, material usage, and quality control metrics.
    • Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and obtain necessary permits.
    • Provide technical guidance and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
    • Ensure timely completion of project milestones and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will possess:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar position.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software.
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
    • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:

    • Professional certification or licensure (e.g., PE or equivalent).
    • Familiarity with modern surveying equipment and techniques.
    • Knowledge and experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), clean room construction, and cold room industry applications.
