YearsJob DescriptionManage IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) for Office Printers, interacting with internal teams (Onsite Services, network), Print support partner and 3rd party vendorsCoordinate with internal MDLZ teams and print support partner for incidents and requests raised by users for printersResponds to end-users support requests and ensures that they are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally.
Keeps the end user up to date on the progress of problem resolution.
Provides end users with detailed knowledge and documents with complete trouble shooting information.
Works with print support partner to ensure that the service level agreements are achieved.
Documents and Maintains printer fleet tools/databases.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)ü Graduate, with additional education preferred.ü IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support)ü Technical Training & Certificationü Minimum 2 years of IT experienceDESIRED SKILLSü Good communication skills, verbal and written is a mustü Ability to learn quicklyü Ability to think out of the box, come up with ideas to improve the processesü Willingness to produce the highest quality work possible
