    JobDescription:

    DDi SmartTechnology is seeking an experienced and resultsdriven professionalfor the role of Success Project Manager. The ideal candidate willhave a minimum of 7 years of experience with a strong background inglobal/international client acquisition success and projectmanagement within the Software/IT product development industry. Asa Success Project Manager at DDi you will play a crucial role inensuring the successful execution of projects and the satisfactionof our globalclients.


    Responsibilities:

    ProjectPlanning andExecution:
    • Developcomprehensive project plans including timelines milestones andresource allocation.
    • Lead project teams in thesuccessful execution of client projects ensuring ontime deliveryand highqualityoutcomes.
    ClientRelationshipManagement:
    • Serve asthe main point of contact for clients maintaining strongrelationships throughout the projectlifecycle.
    • Address client inquiries concernsand feedback in a proactive and effectivemanner.
    Global ClientAcquisition:
    • Workclosely with the business development team to understand clientrequirements and expectations.
    • Contribute tothe acquisition of global clients by providing project managementexpertise andinsights.
    CrossFunctionalCollaboration:
    • Collaboratewith internal teams including development quality assurance andsales to ensure alignment and successful projectoutcomes.
    • Communicate project status risks andopportunities to stakeholders at alllevels.
    RiskManagement:
    • Identifyand mitigate project risks ensuring that projects are deliveredwithin scope on time and withinbudget.
    • Implement effective risk managementstrategies to minimize potential projectdisruptions.
    QualityAssurance:
    • Implementand oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery ofhighquality products and services toclients.
    • Conduct postproject evaluations toidentify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned infutureprojects.


    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Computer Science preferably with an MBA/PG in BusinessAdministration/Business Management.
    2. Minimum of7 years of experience in project management within the Software/ITproduct development industry.
    3. Proven trackrecord of successful global/international client acquisition andproject management.
    4. Strong understanding ofproject management methodologies tools and bestpractices.
    5. Excellent communication leadershipand interpersonal skills.
    6. Ability to travelinternationally asrequired.
