Assistant Maintenance Manager - Mumbai, India - Shoppers Stop

Description

• Assist the maintenance team in planning, organizing and directing the maintenance activities of the stores
• Conduct regular maintenance checks at stores to identify maintenance needs and take appropriate corrective measures
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule of all equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, troubleshoot issues and resolve them effectively to minimize the disruptions to store operations
• Maintain accurate records and documentations related to maintenance activities including electricity consumptions, budgets/spends etc.
• Working on energy saving initiatives
• Management and preparing of R&M Budgets
• AMAC negotiations and vendor development
• Developing company policies related to maintenance activities and SOP for all maintenance related works

Desired Qualification

1. B.E./ B.Tech. or Diploma in electrical engineering with a minimum of five years of experience in retail/F&B industry

• Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP & CAD
