Asa Product Manager this is what you ll be responsiblefor: Set the product vision and strategy todrive product development growth andengagement Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams such as design engineering and sales to ensure alignment andsuccessful launch of new products RecruitLead mentor and motivate the product development team to deliverhighquality products in a timely mannerConduct market research and analysis to identify marketopportunities and inform product developmentdecisions Monitor and report on productperformance to identify areas for improvement and drive productgrowth Stay informed about industry trendsand emerging technologies to inform product developmentdecisions Manage the product roadmap andbacklog ensuring that features and enhancements are prioritized anddelivered ontime and withinbudget

Jobrequirements Solid Computer Sciencefundamentals excellent problemsolving skills.

Proven experience as a Sr Product Manageror Head of Product or similar leadership role with a track recordof delivering successful products and driving productgrowth Strong knowledge of productdevelopment best practices and a deep understanding of thetechnology industry Experience with Agilemethodologies and product management tools to manage the productdevelopment lifecycle Good communicationskills (written and verbal) organizational skills proven teamplayer rolling up the sleeves and getting involved in the nittygritty.

Exceptional interpersonalskills Strong leadership and mentoringskills with the ability to motivate and inspire a productdevelopment team to deliver highqualityproducts Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to identify opportunitiesfor product growth and improvement Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science or related field from atop university.
