- Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing payroll in a multi-jurisdictional/global payroll environment, with focus on US payroll processing
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Good working knowledge and experience of payroll requirements, legislation and statutory obligations including source tax filings, social security filings in US countries.
- Experience & basic understanding of accounting, including compensation accounting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendors.
- Working knowledge of ADP Streamline or other SaaS payroll platforms, and Workday applications.
- Process payroll and perform employee file maintenance functions for assigned countries with strong focus on US countries to ensure the accurate and timely payment of wages.
- Responsible the reconciliation of payroll records (e.g., payments, deductions,), which may include the management of third-party payroll vendors for multiple countries
- Processes tax payments for applicable country, state, city jurisdictions
- Answers employee questions related to payroll related matters
- Responsible for managing pay processes and proactively identifying process improvements.
- Serves as liaison to internal teams and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies.

About the Team
The Global Payroll Team consists of 20+ team members, processing payrolls for over 11,000 colleagues in 35 countries, and around 90 entities, and is reporting to the Senior Director of Global Payroll and Benefits, with this particular role reporting to the team's Payroll Manager for the EMEA region. We are a truly diverse team with team members located in the US, the UK, Belgrade, China, Spain, Israel and India.
Hours of Work
12 PM to 9 PM IST (Mon-Friday).
Location- Noida.
