Description

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Maximo development, from integrations and upgrades to customizations and data management.

You will play a key role in ensuring efficient and optimized use of Maximo to meet our business needs.

• Design, develop, and implement Maximo integrations using Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, External Systems, End Points, and Processing Rules.
• Handle Maximo upgrades, ensuring smooth migration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Develop and maintain custom logic using Maximo tools like Application Designer, Workflows, Domains, Automations Scripts, Actions, Roles, and Security Groups.
• Configure and manage Maximo databases for optimal performance and data integrity.
• Create and utilize Migration Managers for efficient data migration and system updates.
• Integrate Maximo with various external systems using XML, flat files, and database connectors.
• Perform Maximo user creation and management with appropriate security access controls.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Write and execute SQL queries to access and manipulate Maximo data.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective Maximo solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in Maximo technology and best practices.

• Proven handson experience working with all aspects of IBM Maximo 7.x.
• Indepth knowledge of Maximo integrations, including Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, External Systems, End Points, and Processing Rules.
• Experience handling Maximo upgrades and migrations.
• Expertise in developing custom logic using Maximo tools like Application Designer, Workflows, Domains, Automations Scripts, Actions, Roles, and Security Groups.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with Maximo database configuration.
• Experience with XML, flat file, and database integrations in Maximo.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate Maximo data.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
