    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Voice Process. This role involves handling outbound calls and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in voice process and possess strong communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a voice process role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Knowledge of BPO industry and outbound calling.
    • Ability to adapt to changes and learn quickly.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle outbound calls to existing and potential customers in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Listen to customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and information.
    • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
    • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and preferences.
    • Stay updated with product knowledge and effectively promote company offerings.
    • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and processes.
    • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
