    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Market Sales Leader who can strengthen our retail and distribution network, expand market share, and create impactful sales strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, manage, and execute effective field sales initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
    • Lead a market area team to create sales strategies that maximize sales growth.
    • Establish store-level growth plans that connect to zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization.
    • Communicate plans and conduct reviews with business partners to identify opportunities and action plans.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in food sales or a comparable industry.
    • Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility.
    • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills.
    • Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
    • Bilingual - English/Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
