Overview:

As aManufacturing & Production Engineer at our company you willplay a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency quality andcontinuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. You willwork closely with crossfunctional teams to optimize productionmethods and implement costeffective solutions while maintaininghigh standards of product quality andsafety.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Design andimplement efficient productionprocesses
• Develop and implement costeffectiveproduction methods
• Oversee the maintenance andrepair of manufacturing equipment
• Ensurecompliance with safety and qualitystandards
• Analyze production data to identifyareas for improvement
• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to optimize productionworkflow
• Provide technical support toproduction teams
• Identify and resolveproduction issues in a timely manner
• Implementand maintain manufacturing documentation including SOPs and workinstructions
• Identify and implementopportunities for processautomation

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inManufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering or relatedfield
• Proven experience in a manufacturing orproduction engineering role
• Strongunderstanding of manufacturing processes andtechnologies
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM softwareand other relevant engineering tools
• Excellentproject management and problemsolvingskills
• Knowledge of quality control principlesand practices
• Experience with processimprovement methodologies (e.g. Lean SixSigma)
• Ability to interpret technical drawingsand schematics
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
• Understanding ofregulatory standards and compliancerequirements
