REQUIREMENTS:
1. Responsible for acquiring the dealers in their Region
2. Cash Management solution.
3. Manage relationship with partners.
4. Ensure collections are on time and maintain the target level of delinquency.
5. Launch new products in the region (as per plan)
6. Build the clientele in the region and achieve the sales targets across products
7. Visit minimum 5 outlets a day to meet the owners and forecourt managers to discuss the business performance and report to HO on the dealer satisfaction index
8. Marketing activities in the region
9. Competition monitoring
10. New initiatives
Education : Graduate/MBA
Work Experience : 12 years and above managing team in the field
SME /Commercial Vehicle financing
Personal Loan/Business Loan
Home loan/LAP
Language: English plus local language. Should be able to read and write emails.
Comfortable working knowledge in excel.
Well-groomed and good in team management and working with channel partners.
Prior experience in banking and NBFC sector in unsecured loans is mandatory
