    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Forecast and manage the Daily, weekly, and monthly volumes.
    • Ensure collection of the sales proceeds as per the rules and regulations.
    • Ensure prompt service to the doctors by coordinating CRM, SCM, and addressing customer complaints.
    • Expand the customer base week after week by building proper database.
    • Ensure proper marketing activities for the area are done.
    • Send the daily, weekly, and monthly MIS to higher-ups with the analysis report.
    • Accountable for achieving targets
    • Participate in Weekly Meetings
    • Payment Collection
    • Grievance assistance
    • Ensure proper and on time delivery of work
    • Ensure work is properly packed and delivered
    • Ensure all the works are picked on same day
    • Prepare reports on Units Collected on Daily Basis
    • Coordinate with channel partner in relation with Work Collection, Payment Collection, Work Delivery

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Any Graduate with proficiency in English
    • Should own a two wheeler.
    • Fresher or prior sales experience ( will be an added Advantage).
    • Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation .
    • Faster learning ability and passion for sales.
    • Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach.
    • Good presentation Skills.
    • Effective Communication Skills.
