    Experience: 1 to 2 years

    We're looking for an Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting high-impact strategies, managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and leveraging analytics to drive growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement inclusive digital marketing strategies across various platforms with measurable KPIs.

    Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive ROI.

    Monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates, to enhance user experience and lead generation.

    Collaborate with content, design and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new growth opportunities.

    Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize impact while staying within financial parameters.
