    Technical Lead - Accounting & Financial Disclosures

    Reporting to the Global Head – FP&A and Consolidation, this role will be based in Mumbai, India.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Leading the preparation of six Group Consolidated Accounts Financial statements under IFRS & Ind-AS for yearly and quarterly disclosure requirements.
    • Taking care of all disclosure requirements under IFRS / Ind – AS & SEBI.
    • Preparing Accounting Memos on critical matters & accounting treatment considered in our consolidated accounts.
    • Providing Technical support to the Consolidation team / Controlling team & Business Team.
    • Interaction with the Statutory Auditors of the Group and Subsidiaries worldwide and with Consultants on Financial disclosure matters.
    • Reviewing existing accounting policies and keeping them up to date, as well as getting additional accounting policies prepared if required.
    • Keeping up-to-date knowledge of external reporting of Financial statements and supporting the Controlling /Consolidation team about new changes and critical aspects of it.

    Expected Qualification and Experience:

    • CA with 10 to 15 years of experience.
    • Good knowledge of IFRS / Ind – AS / US GAAP Accounting Standards & SOX Requirements.
    • Good drafting skills for internal policies and Financial Disclosure in Audited financial statements.
    • Knowledge of SAP & Consolidation is helpful.
