    Description

    Objective

    The objective is to appoint single point of ownership of all aspects related to Value proposition and implementation of Customer Mobile Application.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ownership of Mobile Application as product manager i.e define product proposition/implement and launch product/feature ,launch product , monitoring of product performance, ongoing product improvements based on production data and market opportunities.
    • Responsible to evaluate various existing processes and fulfill the gaps by collaborating with solution teams to build the final set of recommendations.
    • Responsible to break down various business processes with flow chart, Manuals and other documentation outlining current practices.
    • Responsible to make necessary improvements to on or may steps to increase customer Satisfaction, Productivity, reduce costs, or improve time management. X`
    • Work with cross-functional departments, e.g. Finance, Risk, Operations, CRM and Technology to deliver consolidated results & deliver unique & often complex solutions.
    • Work on analytical capabilities to measure and evaluate performance.
    • Act as a single point of contact for the Process Management activity and an enabler for the business.
    • Generate documentation of existing/new processes and prepare detailed strategy to make necessary changes with the help of Technical team
    • Conduct Ongoing Analyses and suggest improvements
    • Lead and support single / multiple projects independently and should be a subject matter expert in all areas of Process management
    • Track and report on status of development, quality, operations and system performance to management.
    • Work closely with other business stakeholders in the definition of process & product features and requirements
    • Present analyses, solutions and business cases to senior management
    • Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems

    Desired Skills

    • Experience in process design and implementation of digital consumer products or financial services, including cooperation with delivery teams.
    • 8+ years of professional experience, including 6+ Years relevant experience in building digital consumer products or financial services Business Processes (e.g. digital lending, recharge & bill services, payments & e-wallets)
    • Experience with large cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
    • Good Team player who works well in collaborative and matrix management situations and possesses Organizational and leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of product management and good experience in research & analysis.
    • Experience with e-loans, e-payments systems is an advantage
    • Work & training experience from an international environment is an advantage
    • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast- paced environment
    • Strong relationship management skills and people agility, proactivity, drive forward, can-do attitude.
    • Open mind, Quick learner, Confident and Self-motivated and highly energetic
    • Target orientated and self-managed, good negotiator
    • Advanced computer skills – (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is must, MS Visio is an advantage
    • Excellent English communication skills (oral, reading and writing) are must.
