    Business Finance Manager


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    COD Reconciliation:

    • Regularly reconcile Cash on Delivery remittances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Implement and maintain robust checks and controls for COD transactions.

    Third-Party Logistics Collaboration:

    • Monitor and ensure timely receipt of COD from thirdparty logistics partners.
    • Address any delays promptly by escalating the issue to the respective vendor and coordinating resolution.

    Internal Operations Oversight:

    • Enforce checks and controls to guarantee COD is received within a 2day timeframe from our own operations on the ground.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and optimize COD processes.

    Query Resolution:

    • Assist clients and vendors with queries related to weight and other discrepancies on invoices.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
    • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with exposure to cash handling and reconciliation processes.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
    • Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial processes.
