• Worked on at least 1 GRC Implementation project involving Risk Mgmt implementation, Compliance, Control indicators configuration.
• Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3 and Risk/Compliance process.
• Must be Ready to work in South America Timezone.
• Solid, handson knowledge of ServiceNow platform, Client/server scripting.
• Knowledge of JavaScript as an individual contributor.
• Around 5 years of handson development experience in ServiceNow.
• Process understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.
• Good Experience in ITSM and CMDB module implementation/development.
• Good implementation experience in webbased Integration (SOAP, REST) and any other type of integration.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Handson experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows and solution migration to higher environment.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Development Best Practices & ongoing knowledge ServiceNow features.
