- Develop project content by working with the consulting team and contributing to research and analysis.
- Communicate project progress to clients and EY leadership, owning project planning and process management.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their consulting skills and professional growth.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal documents and pitch presentations.

- Contribute to the growth of large global accounts and strategic clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or relevant field is preferred.
- Good understanding of the consulting process and project lifecycle.
- Japanese Language Competence Level N3 – N1
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, engineering or other relevant fields.
- High level analytical ability and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team, showing excellent collaborative skills.
- Ability to assist pursuit leads in proposal development and project delivery, prioritizing objectives and reporting status updates.
