    RoleandResponsibilities:
    TheSales Engineer will play a crucial role in managing and expandingour customer base in the Panel Builder Switchgear OEM MachineryManufacture and End Customer segments. The key responsibilitiesinclude:
    • Building and nurturingrelationships with over 40 accounts by regularly visitingcustomers
    • Understanding customer requirementsthrough product demonstrations and solutionpitching
    • Negotiating and closing salesdeals
    • Achieving sales volume sales results andmarket share targets in assigned customer/salesareas
    • Maintaining and initiating businessrelationships with both current and potentialcustomers
    • Attracting new clients and improvingexisting business relationships
    • Conductingmarket research competitor analysis and databasemanagement
    • Drafting offers and contractsaccording to company requirements
    • Makingtechnical presentations to demonstrate how our products meet clientneeds

    CandidateQualifications:
    Theideal candidate for this role should possess the followingqualifications:
    • Graduate inEngineering or related field
    • Prior experiencein sales preferably in the humanresourcesindustry
    • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills
    • Strong problemsolving andanalytical abilities
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam
