WHAT YOU WILL DO:

YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to address their specific needs
• Serve as a subject matter expert on digital banking solutions, articulating the value proposition and benefits of our products to prospective clients
• Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with client requirements and alignment with company offerings
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the features and capabilities of our Digital Engagement Platform.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, workshops, and webinars to engage with prospective clients and highlight the unique selling points of our solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to gather relevant information and insights for presales activities
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to digital banking to effectively position our solutions in the market.
• Drafting the Contract/ Service agreement for the clients.

Pre-Requisites:

• Candidate should possess strong experience in End to End Presales
• Should have good experience handling Commercials, drafting commercial proposals and drafting contracts
• It will be good, if they come from Banking, Software Product background.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and related proposal drafting shall be preferred.
