    You will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey of students in the bootcamp courses. Your mission will be to ensure high student engagement and satisfaction throughout the course, leading to improved retention and successful outcomes. You will lead a team dedicated to providing outstanding support and motivation to students, managing feedback, and implementing both long-term and short-term actionable to enhance the overall student experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the student experience team- oversee a team responsible for student support, motivation, and engagement during the learning journey of a student. Ensure the team performs to high standards and meets organisational goals
    • Implement robust mechanisms for collecting and analysing student feedback. Use insights to make strategic improvements in the product and student interactions
    • Design and implement initiatives to keep students motivated and engaged throughout their learning journey, especially during challenging periods
    • Act as a point of escalation for resolving conflicts and issues affecting student satisfaction and progress
    • Develop and execute strategies to monitor, analyse and improve student completion rates
    • Define the team KPIs and goals aligned with the organisational goals
    • Maintain effective communication with the cross-team leads and management to ensure alignment with overall student goals
    • Continually seek innovative ways to enhance the student experience, incorporating new technologies and methodologies as appropriate

    Requirements

    • Minimum Of 5 years experience in Ed-tech related to student experience role
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to analyse data and use insights to improve processes and outcomes
    • High Degree of empathy and understanding of student needs
