    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in tax law and policy to apply their expertise in a fast-paced environment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior managers in the preparation of case opinions, as well as drafting submissions for scrutiny and appeals. They will also handle complex tax developments such as BEPS/GAAR/indirect transfers/AMP related adjustments etc.
    • Prominent expertise in managing cross-border investment structuring, deal structuring, advising on tax impact/private equity clients taxation/investors/fund vehicles/domestic/international taxation/double-tax avoidance agreements required.

    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
