Conducts a thorough prescreen of all prospects prior topresenting to hiring manager for consideration. 7 3 Partner withrecruitment and business stakeholders to provide an exceptionalcandidate experience. Responsible for timely sharing list/MIS ofNew joined employees with management and HR team for properonboarding and timely Induction.

    8 4 Coordinate with departmentsfor preliminary interview and arrange Final Interview withinterview panel and send the Interview papers to top management forreview.

    9 5 Monthly updating the list of employees and vacanciesand updating the seniors on department wise employeestrength.
