- Proficient in report design, decks, logo design, typography, color theory, web layout design, print production, image selection, package design and story boarding – all branding & marketing collaterals.
- Strong command of visual design and wireframing tools such as PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with an impressive portfolio showcasing your expertise.
- Ability to incorporate feedback effectively and collaborate well with others.
- A team-oriented player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant education or training in art and design, preferably from renowned art colleges
- Understand the business objectives and collaborate with teams to develop clear and innovative designs and layouts.
- Identify and effectively communicate creative trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the technology field.
- Gain a deep understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and stakeholders to drive the creative process.
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in collaboration with content, branding, product, and technical teams.
- Visualize and create compelling graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, brochures, infographics, storyboards, icons, websites, handbooks, decks and packaging.
- Encourage the team to deliver real-time designs that engage the stakeholders and make an impact.
- Expertise in using PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create and produce high-quality collateral.
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers while providing clear guidance and direction.
