    RoleandResponsibilities:

    Weare seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager/HR Head to joinour team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handlevarious HR issues including strategic planning developingsupportive HR and organizational strategies analyzing talentrequirements recruiting and onboarding. The HR Manager/HR Head willalso be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutoryregulations maintaining cordial employee relations and ensuringappropriate compensation and benefits to motivate employees.Additionally they will be expected to redesign company policies andprocedures as and when required identify training needs andimplement training and development initiatives. Ultimately the HRManager/HR Head will play a key role in ensuring our HR departmentoperates efficiently and aligns with our businessobjectives.
