Job Description for Outbound Sales Specialist

1. Making calls to potential customers and also responsible for inbound and outbound duties.
2. Introducing our services to prospective clients.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
4. Following up with customers via phone or email
5. Maintaining a database of customer interactions
6. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
7. Providing service information and pricing to interested customers.
8. Handling customer objections and closing sales over the phone.
9. Initiate the client Onboarding process for the award show nominations.

Note:

• Package of up to 25k monthly based on your experience.
• An ⁠experience in awards and event management will be a plus.

Minimum education qualification:

Any degree holder is welcome with basic knowledge and experience of sales.

No freshers, minimum of 1 year and medium experienced are also welcome.
