Role Introduction:

As a Senior Digital Analytics Executive at OneAdvanced, you will play a key role in measuring and improving the performance of our digital platforms and marketing channels. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Digital Experience teams, you will ensure accurate tracking, deliver actionable insights, and provide reporting that drives smarter decisions across campaigns, channels, and customer journeys.

What You Will Do:

• Manage day-to-day digital analytics operations across websites, customer portals, and marketing campaigns.
• Configure, maintain, and optimise tracking frameworks using GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Ensure analytics and tracking implementations are GDPR- and privacy-compliant, including consent management, data minimisation, and collaboration with legal and security teams.
• Deliver channel performance reporting across SEO, paid media, social, email, and referral activity.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, surfacing actionable KPIs for senior stakeholders.
• Lead campaign attribution analysis, evaluating channel contribution, touchpoints, and performance across the customer journey.
• Support pipeline optimisation by providing strategic analytics insights on lead quality, conversion rates, funnel progression, and revenue impact.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on website performance, content engagement, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) opportunities.
• Partner with SEO, Paid Media, Campaign, Product, and Sales teams to align tracking, attribution, and CRO requirements and measure effectiveness.
• Validate, audit, and troubleshoot analytics and tagging implementations to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
• Proactively share insights, translating data into clear recommendations for campaign optimisation, pipeline efficiency, user experience improvements, and CRO testing.

What You Will Have:

• 3–5 years' experience in digital analytics with exposure to both web/product analytics and marketing channel performance.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms.
• Strongly knowledge and experience in GDPR, Compliance and CRO
• Hands-on experience producing channel reports across SEO, paid search, paid social, display, and email.
• Proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio, plus SQL for deeper analysis.
• Understanding of marketing attribution, campaign tracking, and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data stories to non-technical audiences.
