As a Co-Founder and CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological vision and strategy of our start-up. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the technology team, drive innovation, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data assets. Your focus on building the business case together with us and later leading data verification disciplines will be critical in maintaining high-quality information across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Governance and Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain data quality frameworks, including validation, verification, and cleansing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Technology Strategy and Alignment:

• Work closely with other C-level executives to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Identify emerging technologies relevant to our industry and evaluate their potential impact.
• Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics and insights.

Data-Driven Culture:

• Promote a culture that treats data as a cross-corporate asset.
• Lead the organization in producing actionable data insights that drive strategic and tactical opportunities.
• Advocate for a data-centric mindset throughout the company.

Enterprise Data Architecture:

• Manage the acquisition, development, and maintenance of enterprise data warehouses, data dictionaries, and data models.
• Implement and maintain data warehousing processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.

Technology Innovation:

• Discover and implement new technologies that provide competitive advantages.
• Oversee system infrastructure to ensure functionality, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications and Experience:
