Skill Requirements:

Ø Knowledge of door trim Systems / interiors

Ø Knowledge of Plastics

Ø Good communication skills

CAE Experience

Ø Experience on finite element modeling of interior plastic parts

Ø Good product knowledge and Vehicle/System level integration

Ø Experience on Door trim functional & side crash performance

Ø Should have good knowledge of LS-Dyna, ANSA/HyperMesh, Primer, Animator

Ø Knowledge of Post-processing and analyzing results

Ø Knowledge of Restraint systems (Preferably Side airbags & Seatbelts) for side crash safety and Frontal crash safety

Ø Knowledge of NCAP protocols front and side crash regulations

Ø Experience in sub assembly and full vehicle integration

Ø Experience on hardware testing aspects of door trim

Ø Good understanding of polymer material behavior, various material models of LS-Dyna, Manufacturing process & design constraints

Ø Experience in design optimization and knowledge in plastic manufacturing

Ø Evaluation of different concepts and method developments for front/side crash simulations

Ø Pushing digital boundaries for future readiness : Continuous monitoring and improving the current simulation and developing new methods to reduce the testing

Ø Experience on working with cross cultural teams across the globe

Ø Follow team strategy in relation to company strategy

Ø Evaluation of different concepts and method developments for front/side crash simulations

Ø Technically guide the team members and support the activities

CAD : Data Management (Added advantage)

Provide Support for CAD wrt Design and Manufacturability for concept design and design changes
