    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead the sales of our TB products portfolio, ensuring it aligns with Revvity's company image. This role involves driving sales growth, increasing market share, and achieving targets in assigned accounts across the south Asia region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage distribution channels in India and South Asia to achieve company goals and Annual Operating Plans (AOPs).
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet government project targets.
    • Pursue new government project opportunities, working closely with Central TB division, state TB offices, and government hospitals.
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS.
    • E nsure all proposals and contracts comply with government regulations and requirements.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the government and Private Sector.
    • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with Private Clients and government officials.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
    • Provide comprehensive technical product information, training, and support to both internal and external customers.
    • Plan and deliver high-level product demonstrations and pre-sales technical support in coordination with Sales Team Leaders and Account Managers.
    • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, following up on leads and prospecting for new opportunities.

    Required Competence:

    • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry (MSc/Ph.D. preferred).
    • A minimum of 8 years of related experience required.
    • Strong background in Tuberculosis screening technologies is highly desirable, with preference given to candidates who have hands-on experience with related products and applications.
    • Practical and theoretical knowledge of diagnostic applications.
    • Solid presentation skills to various audiences.
    • Strategic selling abilities are highly preferred.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Able to meet sales targets and support business initiatives/objectives.
