    Tbot Systems is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving IT sales within your assigned region, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets for IT products and solutions
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts and agreements
    • Prepare and present sales reports to management

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a managerial role
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the IT industry
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
