As a Senior HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring talented individuals to fill our company's job vacancies. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment. The position is full-time and based in Surat, Gujarat, India. As a Senior HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and selecting the best candidates for our organization.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably as a HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Experience with payroll processing and payroll taxes is desirable.
    • Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessing, and hiring candidates.
    • Familiarity with contract recruitment and managing vendor relationships.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Attract, source, and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for interviews.
    • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
    • Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
    • Negotiate job offers and finalize employment contracts.
    • Assist with onboarding activities, including conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and records.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
