Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to join our agile and dynamic product team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare technology and eager to contribute to the development and enhancement of our platform. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to benchmark competitive products, gather and analyze user feedback, and contribute to the agile development process, ensuring our offerings meet the highest standards of user satisfaction and industry innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Product Benchmarking: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, helping to inform our product development roadmap.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement and timely delivery of product features.
• User Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement, enhancement, or new feature development.
• Cross-functional Support: Work closely with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to align product development with user needs and business goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of product features, updates, and performance metrics, reporting findings to senior product management and stakeholders.
• Product Owner (right from design, marketing, sales)
• Monitor Product Performance (DAU, MAU)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
