Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the bank customer base

Build strong working relationships with bank branch managers and staff

Conduct regular branch visits to maintain engagement

Resolve operational or sales-related issues quickly

Train bank staff on insurance products, compliance, and selling techniques

Conduct joint sales calls and customer meetings
