SSE/LA - SAP IDM (Identity Management) - Hyderabad, India - CGI

Description

Position Description:

Candidate should have experience of 5-7 years in SAP IDM.
Candidate should have fluent in English to handle with client directly
Candidate should have good knowledge on support and maintenance activities and should have at least 2 full cycle implementations with good experience in
-IdM functionalities (standard and customization) enhancement, process automation (example: inactivity/leaver process; SAP licenses, UI, UI's / jobs / tasks / processes ...)
-functional and technical specifications, maintain the existing documentation
-for each new implementation or enhancement

•create/change the relevant packages,

•transport packages from JID to JIQ/JIP after functional tests and business approval

•support/install new type of connectors (example: EC connector, GRC, ...)

-IdM components: installation, configuration and upgrades (example: installation + configuration of new processes in Eclipse, and other technical projects)

•provide instructions and guidance to the relevant stakeholders

•perform configuration tasks after components installation

•performance issues resolution
-Regular Support

•Support/install encryption for specific SAP systems

•Monitor application IdM: job logs

•SQL in Database: reporting on demand / analysing database IdM

•Connect new system (create repository + variables + constants)

•Initial load for a new system (could be risky, cleaning before + monitor)

•Create automatic jobs for this system

•Enable/disable repositories during maintenance

•Upgrades, installation of support packages
