Strong business acumen includingthe comfort to engage directly with customers whennecessary. Be able to balance businessrequirements urgency and the delivery of highquality pragmaticsolutions. Show a keen awareness of industrytrends identifying new tools and technologies that aid in solvingtechnical challenges. Any prior experiencein Health and in a rapidgrowth environment is aplus.


JobDescriptionOur organizationis growing rapidly and we are looking to a leader who can supportour engineering teams as we scale our interventions launch newproducts & platforms as well as revamp our existing ones.

The role we are looking for is:

TheEngineering Director will work closely with the Chief ProductOfficer and oversee a team of engineers to deliver on specificthings including moving to serviceoriented architecture greaterimpact measurement and launching features for member and sponsorimprovement.

ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and mentorship steering an expandingteam of over 8 engineers towards our companysgoals. Collaborate closely with productbusiness and operations teams to shape roadmaps develop timelinesand strategize on technical matters.
Establish and promote our technical vision and standards ensuringthey align with our workplace values andphilosophy. Uphold the highest level ofengineering and operational excellence setting measurable standardsfor quality security and productivity.
Articulate engineering achievements clearly highlighting theirbusiness value. You will also be responsible for convertingbusiness opportunities into actionable engineeringinitiatives. Liaise with the executiveleadership to establish expectations manage risk and navigate thecomplexities inherent in delivering sophisticatedprojects. Serve as a coach and thoughtpartner for your team. You will foster problemsolving skillsthrough reflective listening posing insightful questions andoffering timely direct and constructivefeedback. Lead the recruitment processattracting engaging and retaining talented individuals who excel atproblemsolving and collaboration.
