Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Android Developer to join our team. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications for the Android platform. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kotlin and Java programming languages, proficiency in Android Studio, and a solid understanding of mobile app development best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with new advancements in mobile app development and Android platform capabilities.
• Work closely with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage, effective bug detection, and timely issue resolution.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages.
• In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON integration.
• Familiarity with Git version control system.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Additional Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and Material Design guidelines.
• Experience with third-party libraries and API integration.
• Knowledge of the Firebase platform for mobile app development.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and release management processes.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of reactive programming concepts using RxJava or Kotlin Coroutines.
