    About the Role

    We are seeking a high-caliber Talent Acquisition Partner to own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring exceptional hiring Manager, candidate, and stakeholder experiences.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Sourcing: Manage end-to-end solutions through understanding business needs and growth plans.
    • Candidate Screening: Conduct phone screens, assess qualifications, skills, and fit for positions.
    • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, provide feedback, and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure positive experiences throughout the recruitment process.
    • Offer Management: Work with HR and hiring managers to develop and present offers.
    • Recruitment Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and strategies.
    • Market Network: Develop an extensive network to drive proactive fulfillment of manpower business requirements.
    • Activity Facilitation: Record activities, results, and ensure merit-based decisions.
    • Tool Efficiency: Utilize recruiting tools, social media, and job boards effectively.
    • Assessment Planning: Conduct assessments to identify suitable candidates.
    • Reference Verification: Ensure right referencing before selecting final candidates.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 5 years' end-to-end recruitment experience in a reputed organization.
    • Direct headhunting experience is preferred.
    • Experience working on roles outside of India is required.
    • Volume recruitment experience is essential.
    • ATS experience – preferably SAP Success Factors, Taleo or Workday.
