    Job Title:
    Sales Executive / BDM ProfessionalsExperience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Software/ ERP/ SaaS / Product SalesLocation: Hyderabad (Onsite)


    Mandatory Skills:
    Domestic Sales,


    Software / ERP/ Saas / Product Sales, particularly in Zoho, Microsoft, Darwin Box, Keka, Oracle, SAP and ATS portfolios, is preferred.


    Responsibilities:
    Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    Identify and nurture prospects, sales leads, and contacts within the domestic market.
    Present software solutions tailored to address customer business objectives.
    Navigate the client's organizational structure to establish trust and credibility with decision-makers.
    Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers.
    Promote the company's vision and mission to customers and sales teams.

    Conduct market research to gather intelligence on potential clients in Zoho, Microsoft, Darwin Box, Keka, Oracle, SAP and ATS portfolios.

    Generate leads and approach potential customers to promote products.
    Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements.
    Conduct regular meetings with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
    Coordinate with internal departments for timely execution of orders and agreements.


    Competencies/Skills:
    Target-oriented with an aggressive approach to sales.
    Ability to achieve targets in alignment with company goals.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Strong relationship-building abilities, fostering strategic and long-term partnerships.
    Aptitude for marketing the brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    Technical and commercial acumen is advantageous.


    Qualifications:
    MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution.

    Experience in selling Software / ERP/ SaaS/ Product Sales, particularly in Zoho, Microsoft, Darwin Box, Keka, Oracle, SAP and ATS portfolios, is preferred.

    Familiarity with the IT industry is advantageous.
