    Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with divisional heads to refine and implement effective marketing strategies.
    • Provide strategic direction in the marketing domain at the board level.
    • Assist divisions in developing and polishing their brand marketing strategies.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all divisions.
    • Develop and implement KPIs, benchmarks, and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies across all divisions.
    • Monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
    • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue.
    • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
    • Develop, scale, and oversee the Growe Partners affiliate program to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
    • Collaborate with divisional marketing heads to tailor the affiliate program to local needs and opportunities.
    • Monitor the performance of affiliate initiatives and optimize for maximum RO.
    • Develop and manage the VIP program to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
    • Work with customer service and divisional teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for VIP customers.
    • Monitor VIP program metrics and make data-driven improvements.
    • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure ROI.
    • Allocate resources efficiently across all divisions.
    • Mentor and develop divisional marketing heads and their teams.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the marketing department.
    • Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
    • Present marketing results and strategies to the board and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred;
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the iGaming industry
    • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
    • Experience in international markets and understanding of cultural nuances.:
    • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Strategic thinking.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
