    Description

    Overview

    The role ofthe Zuora Developer is crucial to our organization as it involvesdeveloping and maintaining Zuora integrations for billing andsubscription management ensuring the seamless functioning of ourenterprise software and ensuring customersatisfaction.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather and understand requirements for Zuoraintegrations.
    • Design develop and maintaincustom Zuora solutions for billing and subscriptionmanagement.
    • Integrate Zuora with other systemsto ensure smooth data flow and businessprocesses.
    • Optimize Zuora configurations toimprove system performance andscalability.
    • Create and maintain documentationfor Zuora integrations configurations andcustomizations.
    • Provide support andtroubleshooting for Zuorarelated issues andinquiries.
    • Develop and maintain reports anddashboards in Zuora for various businessneeds.
    • Stay updated with Zuora new releases andupdates to leverage new features andenhancements.
    • Work closely with crossfunctionalteams to ensure Zuora integrations align with business processesand requirements.
    • Identify and implement bestpractices for Zuora development andintegration.

    RequiredQualifications

    • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
    • 2 years of experience in Zuoradevelopment and integration.
    • Strongunderstanding of Zuoras data model andAPIs.
    • Proficiency in Zuora Configurationincluding products rate plans and billingrules.
    • Experience with API integration webservices and middleware technologies.
    • Knowledgeof billing and subscription management concepts and bestpractices.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and optimizeZuora integrations for performance andscalability.
    • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders andcrossfunctional teams.
    • Problemsolving skillsand attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in Zuoradevelopment and integration.
    • Zuora Developercertification is aplus.
