Excellentvisual design skills with sensitivity to usersysteminteraction.
Ability to solve problems creatively andeffectively.
Uptodate with the latest UI trends techniques andtechnologies.
Experience with user research and usabilitytesting. Strongcommunication skills to collaborate with variousstakeholders.
Bachelors degree in design computer science or relevant field is aplus.

Responsibilities: Design and improve the user interface and experiencefor our digital productsacrossmultiple platforms (webmobile and applications). Conduct userresearch and usability testing to gather feedback and understanduser needsandbehaviors. Collaborate with product managersengineers and other stakeholders to defineandimplement innovative solutions forproduct direction visuals and experience.
Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and sitemaps to effectivelycommunicate interactionand design ideas. Evaluate user feedback andactivity and iterate to enhance the userexperience. Maintain and enforce brandstandards and design guidelines. Stayuptodate with the latest UI/UX trends techniques andtechnologies.
