Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant . The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing deep functional expertise and hands-on technical solutions across multiple HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve total customer satisfaction by leading the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM applications with attention to technical requirements.


• Demonstrate strong knowledge of HRMS systems through responsible action regarding all areas of product implementation.


• The successful candidate must have demonstrated exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze problems from different perspectives, then recommend effective measures for resolution.
  


• The person must also possess excellent written communication skills in order to prepare clear documentation that effectively communicates policies, processes and procedures related to new system implementations. Also capable of composing project proposals in which key objectives that may be advantageous may include any type cost savings or management efficiency by implementing this system could involve detailed background research on available resources both locally or internationally applicable.
