    • Manage onboarding of channelpartners for key real estate projects in Navi Mumbai fosteringstrong relationships and maximizingactivations.
    • Oversee seamless registrationapplication and training processes ensuring certification andcommission disbursal.
    • Drive alignment ofchannel partners with company goals motivating them to boostproject liquidation and generate sitevisits.
    • Stay updated on real estate markettrends gather market intelligence and tailor product features tomeet audience requirements.
    • Identify andqualify leads through B2B and B2C sales calls utilizing a robustnetwork of channel partners and existing customers. Conduct sitemeetings organize partner events and consistently expand thechannel partner network for increased businessacquisition.
    • Hold regular engagement meetingsto empower channel partners and conduct quarterly reviews forperformance assessment.
    • Deliver impactful salespresentations to key decisionmakers effectively showcasing propertycapabilities and serviceofferings.

    • Must Have: Two Wheeler along with avalid license.
    • Qualification: Graduation NotRequired.
    • Languages: English (conversational)Hindi and Marathi will be an addedadvantage
