    The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner.

    Responsibilities

     User of Social Networks and Internet in general to connect with people and find Recruiting Process:

    (Non-IT/IT , Perm hiring is recruitment for perm roles in a predetermined industry sector, Selection is for recruiting General skills across industry sectors)

     Define job description and communicate the same in the public domain appropriately as well as with the potential candidates

     Create a candidate persona for each open position/ mandate

     Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process

     Follow-up references and check credibility of candidates

     Present shortlisted candidates to the client in appropriately compelling manner

     Coordinate with the client SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting cycle for each mandate

     Follow a sustainable candidate lead strategy to create back-ups

     Keep a track of candidates and requirements given by the client on the ATS

    Clients:

     Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their context, hiring needs and specific requirements of each mandate

     Research the industry sector to which the client belongs and the client organisation - its service

    offerings, clients, competitors, plans and the attractiveness of the employer brand etc.

     Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on clients' needs

     Build long-term client relationships to keep growing the wallet share in favour of CIEL

     Subject matter expertise development:

     Research the market trends around the skillsets hired in the industry - skills in demand, candidate

    behaviours, talent attraction methods in vogue etc.

     Sustain a high quality of output on a consistent basis

     Growth focus:

     Follow the processes as defined by CIEL as well as the requirements given by the clients

     Draw up an annual target, make account-level plan and execute the same to achieve the budget

     Use data to track performance

     Leverage technology in carrying out one's work

     Show a hunger to create a bigger impact, learns best practices proactively and deploy them as

    appropriate

     Go the extra mile beyond the call of duty, for example research and develop leads for new business

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Experience: 4-8 years
