Job Title: AI/ML Developer

Sourcebae is seeking a talented and experienced AI/ML Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in commercial software development with a strong background in Python, SQL, and machine learning. Additionally, experience with Docker/Kubernetes is essential for this role. The candidate should be highly motivated, with a passion for exploring new technologies and solving real-world problems using AI and ML techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and SQL.
• Deploy and manage machine learning models using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of machine learning models.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in commercial software development.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and software development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and database management.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Java programming language.
• Familiarity with Argo for managing Kubernetes workflows.
• Knowledge of Apache Spark for big data processing.
