    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales cum Counselor. This role involves actively engaging with potential customers, providing them with guidance, and effectively promoting our products or services. As a Sales cum Counselor, you will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through your counseling and sales abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, both in-person and over the phone.
    • Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
    • Provide counseling to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and objections.
    • Engage in consultative selling to guide customers toward the best solutions for their requirements.
    • Present and demonstrate product or service features and benefits effectively.
    • Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
    • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.
    • Ability to counsel and guide customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to influence customer decision-making.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with customers.
