    SUMMARY

    The Global Learning and Development Manager provides relevant learning programs to RealPage employees and leaders. Facilitate and drive employee development and learning opportunities that align and support meeting RealPage's overall goals.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with RealPage leaders to develop learning and development strategies supporting the organization's goals.
  • Analyze and recommend training strategies based on the Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods across the company, identifying current and future developmental needs at the individual and leadership level and capacity-building requirements at the organizational level.
  • Conceptualize innovative and flexible methods to address the developmental and capacity-building needs identified, including identification of external training programs and conferences, the design and delivery of in-house training sessions, enrollment in online learning programs, mentoring, self-learning, and other methods as appropriate.
  • Support and oversee the planning, development, and implementation of global training programs to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Create a culture of continuous development and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs.
  • Facilitate and develop global learning programs.
  • Keep well-informed of training trends, skills capabilities, and best practices.
  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Must have exposure to Training and Development, Learning, and People Management
  • At least 8 years of working experience in learning and development or education setting
  • 3 years of experience as an L&D/Training Manager or Project Manager required.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree required.
  • Strong understanding and experience designing curricula, developing learning assessment tools, and designing instructional design.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
  • Strong communication and written skills required.
  • Must possess a passion for continuous learning and have a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Must be amenable to work varying hours to accommodate a global workplace.
